She was predeceased by: her grandmother Carolyn Smitherman. She is survived by: her children, Summer Osborne, Kyleigh Osborne and Caiden Osborne; her parents, Cathy Smitherman and Carl Smith; her brother Travis Stephens; and her stepsisters, Halie Green and Heather Green. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
