She is survived by: her daughters, Dominique Smith and Alexandria Smith; her grandchildren, Marley, Carter and Jet; and her siblings, Terry Butler (Kelly), John Butler (Judy), Nina Duncan (Dean) and Rose Poulos (Jon). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
