She was predeceased by: her son Timothy Carl Canoles (Tim); her parents, Jennie Ann New (Reeves) and William Daniel New (Dan); her brother William New (Dan Jr.); and her sister-in-law Kathryn Canoles.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Carl Canoles; her children, Steven Lee Canoles (Kathy) and Candace Jill Cowart (Kenneth); her grandchildren, Amber Leigh Duke (Jon), Olivia Grace Floyd, Allison Diane Canoles and William Timothy Floyd (Will); her great grandchildren, Avery Leann Duke and Sadie Grace Duke; her sister Betty Jean Vines (New); her siblings-in-law, Margaret New (Hassell) and Donald Canoles; her sister Sharon; and her brother-in-law George Lagrone.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Peoples Chapel Funeral Home (195 Brooklane Dr, Bessemer, AL 35023). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
