He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Blenda Marie Simmons (James) and Jean Letrease Johnson (Marc); his grandchildren, Ashley, Kalah, Jerica, XXavier, Cierra, Jorian, Kennedi, Alexa, Jaida, Farrah, Kobe, Justin, Jordan, Kassidy, Broc, Adden, Kenley, Isiaiah, Allysen, Aubrii and Myla; and his siblings, William Hawkins, Curtis J. Hawkins, Corine Brooks, Wilma James, Augusta Jones, Myrtle Hawkins and Mary G. Hawkins. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, sisters-in law, brothers-in laws, cousins, and friends.
