With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Fred McRee of Hueytown, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 28, 2025 at the age of 51. He was predeceased by: his father Walter Fred McRee; his siblings, Myra Brakefield and Eddie Honeycutt; his nephew Shane Brakefield; and his sister-in-law Vickie Honeycutt.
He is survived by: his mother Alvertis McRee; his siblings, Eunie Posey, Joanie Taylor (David), Lisa Carmichael (David), Douglas Honeycutt (Celeste) and Chris McRee; his nephew Nathan Brakefield; and his pet Tater. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Patterson Forest Grove Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM.
