She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Speer Jr. (Andrea), Windy Coste (Leon) and Kevin Speer; her sister Nina Lloyd; her grandchildren, Brandon Chancellor, Brittany Speer Scoggins (Kevin), Tyler Chancellor (Kimberly) and Haleigh Portillo (Alan); and her great grandchildren, Millie Scoggins, Brody, Emaleigh and Hayleigh Chancellor.
