She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Whitson and Peggy Sue Whitson; her grandparents, Willis, Willie Jean Armstrong, Joe and Bernita Whitson; and her father-in-law Winston S. Parsons.
She is survived by: her husband Scott Parsons; her children, Keva Watkins of Birmingham, Sabrina Parsons of Hueytown and Seth Parsons; her grandchildren, Jace Watkins of Hueytown and Kylar Parsons of Hueytown; her sister Terrell Whitson of Hueytown; her mother-in-law Joann Parsons of Hueytown; and her aunts and uncles, Eva Whitson (Jerry), Jerry Armstrong (Linda), Timmy Armstrong (Cathy) and Terry Armstrong (Cathy). She is also survived by two nieces, many cousins and friends.
