He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Wade and Ruby Wade; and his siblings, Alton, Arthur and Lucille.
He is survived by: his wife Velma Wade; his children, Tracy Wade Blankenship (Todd), Scott E. Wade (Kristi) and Jeffrey A. Wade (Micah); and his grandchildren, Jacob Wade, Mollie Wade, Haley Wade, Samantha Wade, Nikki Wade, Nathaniel Wade and Robbie Winter (Blankenship). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.
