He is survived by: his children, Brandon Sampley (Taylor), Kayla Rossman, Zachery Sampley (Emily) and Macie Betts (James); his grandchildren, Jade Sampley, Thomas Sampley, Damien Bates, Lorelai Rossman, Bryson, Skylar Sampley, Logan and Aspyn Betts; and his cousins, Anita Pittman and Tom Pittman.
