He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Parks; his daughter Resa Wilson; his granddaughter Angie Hubbard; and his parents, Elizabeth Spidle and Calvin Parks.
He is survived by: his children, Pam Hubbard (Junior), Paula Lawley (David), Randy Parks and Rhonda McDougal (Frank). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, brother-in-law and numerous nieces, nephews and cousin.
