She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Forriester and Lois Carnes (Pat); her granddaughters, Cheryl Pugh (Mike), Holly Nichols (David) and Heather Mitchell (Tony); her great grandchildren, Michael Pugh (Faith), Dylan Pugh (Logan), Christian Nichols, Reagan Nichols, Kate Nichols, Harris Mitchell and Molly Mitchell; and her nephew Earl Wayne Wright.
