He is survived by: his wife Janice Moore; his children, Jason Moore (Tammy), Jerry Moore and Allison Tanner (Jason); his grandchildren, Carlee Moore, Madison Moore, Abby Tanner, Bronson Moore and Alex Tanner; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Moore, Mary Quarles, Donna Bonham, Bruce Bonahm and Michael Knight. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews; sister.
