He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Chellie Mae Hegler Scroggins; his children, Mike Scroggins and Barbara Scroggins Partridge; his grandchildren, Cindy Scroggins LeZotte, Chad Scroggins, Shepard Partridge, Andrea Partridge Dapkus, Erin Partridge Cain, Lindsey Partridge Petras and Lauren Partridge Deibert; his brother Doc; and his parents, Charles Scroggins and Vallie Belle Scroggins. He was also cherished by his brother, three sisters.
