He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Bailey; his parents, Marvin Bailey and Catherine Bailey; and his brother Paul Bailey. He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Hicks (Eddie) and Melissa Bailey (Sabrina); his grandchildren, Kimberly Hicks, Jaycob Hicks and Ashlee Bailey; and his sister Sharon Arias. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
