She was predeceased by: her husband Eurel E. Capps; her great grandchild Ellison John Newman; and her brothers, Grady Leon, David and J. W. Gates.
She is survived by: her children, Martha Ann Lee (Cecil), Kenneth Capps, Sr. (Carol), Ronald E. Capps (Sheila Savage) and Michael Capps; and her siblings, Annie Ruth Mitchell (Donald), Joyce Mayfield Brake (Jerry), Robbieteen Cassity, Virginia Kearly and Bruce Gates (Anne). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
