He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Jack and Barbara Garrick Lewis; and his mother-in-law Jeanett Gwin Whatley. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Whatley Lewis; his daughter Megan Garner; his brothers, Ricky Lewis (Karen) and Tim Lewis (Sherry); his father-in-law Edgar "Sonny" Whatley; his brothers-in-law, Eddie Whatley and Allen Whatley (Denise); and his pets, Butterscotch, Cooper, Shelly, Buster, Bella, Honey and Abby. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
