She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia P. Self and Jasper A. Self Sr.. She is survived by: her caregiver Margaret Bergman; and also, Joshua A Burns, Elizabeth L. Burns Gamble (Jessie), Andy Self (Cathy), Jared A Self and Marcy Self Sturgill (Chris). She is also survived by many cousins, and friends.
