It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence A. Woodall Jr. of Hueytown, Alabama, who passed away on December 11, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Lawrence has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence A. Woodall Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Stewart Woodall. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Wedaman Woodall; his daughters, Kelli W. Harlan (Chris) and Kim Woodall; his grandson Christopher "CJ" J. Harlan; his cousin Kenny Smith (Jane); and his pet Elli.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Peoples Chapel Funeral Home (195 Brooklane Dr, Bessemer, AL 35023). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Forest Grove Cemetery.
