He is survived by: his wife Kristin; his daughters, Kyleigh Hope, Ava Grace, Hadley Kay, Harlow Raye and Berkley Gene; his mother Darlene Hubbard Nicholas; his siblings, Jason Nicholas and Johnni Smith; his grandparents, Oddie and Era Hubbard; and his parents-in-law, Mike and Debra McCulley. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousin.
