John Henry Ford Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Henry Ford of Hueytown, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 31, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wilson and Verda H. Ford; and his siblings, Peggy Ford Crocker and Billy Ford. He is survived by: his wife Maria Ann Knight Ford; his siblings, Gloria Gilbert (Steve), Ralph Ford (Cheryl) and James Ford (Sherri); his children, Carol Coleman (Tim) and Charles Ford (Heather); his grandchildren, Heather Holmes (Bart), Ashley Chandler (Johathan), Andrew Coleman (Katelyn), Sarah Ford and Will Ford; and his great grandchildren, Harrison, Kennedy, Hadley and Fletcher.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Peoples Chapel Funeral Home (195 Brooklane Dr, Bessemer, AL 35023). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Highland Memorial (3115 18th Ave, Bessemer, AL 35020).
