She was predeceased by: her husband Willard Dowell Bailey; her son Mark Leon Bailey; her parents, Horace Bailey and Jessie Bailey; and her siblings, John Horace, Jr. and Imogene Seale.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Matthew Leon Bailey and Nathan Dowell Bailey (Erin Mechelle); and her siblings, Fred Nabors, Paul Nabors and Doris Donaldson.
