He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Perry and Annella Perry; his wife Dianna Boone Perry; and his sister Beverly Perry. He is survived by: his children, Michael R. Perry (Staci), Mark R. Perry, Matthew R. Perry (Hollie) and Debra L. Wood (Alan); and his sisters, Brenda Sandlin and Judy Lawley. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
