He is survived by: his daughters, Tonna Lively Sims and Tina Grissom (Jeff); his grandchildren, Reanna Grissom (Sam), David Lively (Beverly), John Lively (Amber) and Emily Gallant (Rivers); his great grandchildren, Ethan Johnson, Caden Swinford, Bryleigh Lively, Hudson Lively, Kalani Ritchey, Harleigh Lively and Lincoln Lively; and his sisters, Judy Raddin and Kathy Sivley (Ben). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
