He is survived by: his wife Elaine Tibbs; his children, Daniel Tibbs, David Tibbs (Carol) and Tracy West (Bobby); his grandchildren, Joe Edwards (Allie), Laney Horn (Jordan), Cyndee Reeves, James Tibbs (Hannah) and Maggi Nations; and his great grandchildren, Noah Horn, Samuel Horn, Judah Horn and Emily Grace Nations. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
