He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Joseph and Katura Eugenia Campbell; his son Glen Campbell; his grandson Jacob Whitlock; and his siblings, Joe, Frank, Richard, Ronald Campbell, Beatrice Wood and Louise Hulsey.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Nix Campbell; his sons, Brian Campbell (Susan) and Jeff Campbell (Becky); his grandchildren, Jarrod Campbell (April), Silas Campbell, Faith Abney (Brad), Jessica Wardlow (William), Catie Perry (Justin), Trent Campbell (Valerie), Hunter Campbell, Chelsea Campbell and Ashley Whitlock; and his sister Martha Ballard. He is also survived by thirteen great grand children; and a host of nieces and nephews.
