He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Parr and Hazel Parr; and his sister Joann Reeder. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Parr (Sis); his children, Heather Buchanan (Jadd) and Jeremy Parr (Stacey); his grandchildren, Greyson, Ashlyn Buchanan, Kinslea, Bentley Parr and Jayme Patterson (Emily); and his siblings, Tony Parr (Sheila) and Sue McCarty (Bit).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to The Short Creek Church of God of Prophecy Building Fund.
