It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernie O. Lovelady (Hueytown, Alabama), born in Whitesburg, Georgia, who passed away on March 28, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Linnie Lovelady; his siblings, Clara, Mozelle, Robert Reese "Bob", Mary, Bill and Boyd; and his son Mike. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Ernie himself requested that donations be made to the Alzheimers Association in memory of Jodie Darby, a beloved friend.
