It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earlene McCraw Nicholson (Hueytown, Alabama), who passed away on December 15, 2018, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elisha McCraw and Minnie McCraw; and her siblings, Hazel Owens, Jewell McCraw, Carl McCraw and George McCraw.
She is survived by: her children, Ed Lawley of McCalla, AL, Mike Lawley (Mary) of Carlsbad, CA, Roger Lawley (Martha) and Linda Meigs (Jim) of Birmingham, AL; her grandchildren, Glenn Lawley, Gary Lawley, Todd Meigs, Jason Lawley, Amber Rutsey, Katie Schmeltzer and Talyor Lawley; her great grandchildren, Rachel Black, Alan Lawley, Page Wilson, Cameron Lawley, Alex Lawley, Carolyn Lawley, Jerod Rutsey, Katelyn Rutsey, David Schmeltzer and Macie Schmeltzer; her great great grandchildren, Kimberly Lawley and Lillian Black; and her husband Carl Nicholson.
