He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Burchfield and Mattie Lee Burchfield. He is survived by: his wife Sandra R. Burchfield; his children, Susan Fields (Randy), Jeff Burchfield (Karen) and Mary Beth Woodman (Justin); his grandchildren, Peyton Penny (Ben), Morgan Simmons (Grant), Megan Burchfield, Erin Meeks (Addison), Brandon Weaver and Justin Weaver; and his siblings, Carl Burchfield, Peggy Horne (Terry) and Tom Burchfield (Jan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
