He is survived by: his wife Nancy Maddox; his children, Lacie Maddox, Lori Harris (Billy), Tom Duncan and Rebecca Culpepper (Joshua); his grandchildren, Ayden, Brynlee Duncan, Jaxon, Hudson Culpepper and Madison Harris; and his brother Steve Maddox, Jr. (Bobbie).
