She is survived by: her sons, Jack Otwell (Rita) and Greg Otwell (Jennifer); her stepchildren, Keith Farr (Diane) and Terri Thrasher; her grandchildren, Cameron, Chazz and Stella; her great grandchild Jaxson; her stepgranddaughter Barrett; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Eric and Michelle.
