She was predeceased by: her parents, Joyce Culver Slade and Louie Slade; and her brother Louie Alan Slade. She is survived by: her husband Bruce A. Hinkle; her son Tanner (Janice); her grandson Micah; her son Wade; and her siblings, Marie Black Himel and John Mark Slade. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
