He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Webb and Bessie Webb; his parents-in-law, Louie and Velma Jones; his siblings, Sally Clark, Ray Webb, Jimmy Webb and Lynda Lou Webb; and his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Jones and Dorothy Powell.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Webb; his children, Bruce Webb (Sheryl), Kimberly Taylor (Keith) and Stacy Whited (Greg); his grandchildren, Lacie Butler (Chase), Kolby Taylor (Angela), Karson Taylor (Lydia), Austin, Autumn Stacks, Lauren Mercer (Chris) and Marybeth Flack; his great grandchildren, Ava Sullivan, Knox, Kenley Taylor, Lux Mercer and Ari Flack; and his siblings-in-law, Buddy Jones (Gail) and Joyce Webb. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
He lost his mother at the age of sixteen, triumphed over four different types of cancers, and defied the odds of a Parkinson's diagnosis for fifteen years.
