She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmy Sam Samsal; her parents, W. H Bullard and Vickie Bullard; and her brother Billy McConathy. She is survived by: her children, Jamie Samsal (Rhonda) and Cristy S. Odom (Martin); her siblings, Elizabeth Carden and Terry McConathy; her grandsons, Scotty Daniel and Michael Daniel; and her niece Melisa Knott (Cole). She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
