She was predeceased by: her husband Fred T. Blair; her parents, Omer F. Ash and Kate Pardue Ash; and her siblings, Delgan Ash and Carolyn Ash Gargus.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Ashley Blair (Pam) and Milton Fred Blair (Sharon); her grandchildren, Jason Michael Blair (Bridget), Scott Thomas Blair (Britni), Alan Timothy Blair (Lauren), Barett Ashleigh Blair Amato (Steve), Claudia Drew Blair, Aubrey Peyton Blair, Jack Thomas Blair and Mary Zayda Blair; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ethan Morgan, Jordan Morgan, Eric Amato and Charli Amato.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First United Methodist Church of Hueytown.
