She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford A. Jacks; and her brother Ardell Whitehead. She is survived by: her sons, Philip Jacks (Susan), David Jacks (Virginia) and Steve Jacks (Judy); and her grandchildren, April, Andrea, Paul, Lauren, Sarah and Rachael. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
