He is survived by: his wife Dianne Simms of Wicksburg; his daughter Amy Underwood of Dothan; his grandchildren, Bratcher Underwood of Birmingham and Sally Ann Underwood of Dothan; and his sisters, Martha Arnold of Dothan, Sheryll Green of Brundidge and Sonya Harrison (Paul) of Dothan.
