She was predeceased by: her parents, Casmer Smith and Elrea Hawkins; her son Richard Bennett; and her husband Kenneth Hammack. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Chambless (Billy), Roger Hammack (Lori), Rodney Hammack, Sha-Rae Crider (Heath), Reggie Hammack and Anita Masters (Mike); her grandchildren, Rachael Bennett, Zach Hammack, Hollie Chambless, Makenzie Chambless, Kendre Hammack, Levi Hammack, Abbie Abercrombie, Allie Gilliland, Caleb Crider, Ralie Hammack, Callie Crider, Seth Hammack, Erin Masters and Tia Widner; and her siblings, Gail Way, Johnny Hawkins, Rita Gallahue and Patricia McCaghren. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
