It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucy Clayton of Houston, Alabama, who passed away on April 28, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Moore and Irell Moore. She is survived by: her children, Pam Clayton Pylant (Don) of Dothan, AL, Kim Clayton (Stephanie) of Hoover, AL., Steve Clayton of Hoover, AL. and Ronald Lee Moore (Brenda) of Cottonwood, AL.; her grandchildren, Caine Clayton (Brittani), Cole Granger (Courtney), Case Granger (Mallory Woodall), Madison Clayton Raines (Jeremey), MaKenzie Clayton, Kacy Morrissette (Wes), Taylor Clayton Patton (Justin), Kaylee Casey (Tommy), Kendall Hidle (Colby) and Kerri Pylant (Justin); her great grandchildren, Brooklynn Clayton, Cruz Clayton, Mack Cooper Granger, Brody Casey, Bentley Casey, Evie Claire Hidle, Jack Parker Hidle and Asher Steven Raines; and her nieces and nephews, Shannon Tipton (Greg), Tammy Bruner (Jay), Chris Condrey (Amy), Teresa Creech (Mike), Summer Bagwell (Chase), Scarlett Moore, Willa McKenzie, Heather Abraham, Jesse Morris, Sara Martin and Sara Jane Monday. She is also survived by children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
