She was predeceased by: her father Elmer Chambers; her husband Thomas Smith; her daughter Janet Lee Young; her grandson Jeremy O'dell Young; her mother Iris Lane Chambers; and her siblings, Felton Fred Chambers, Grady O'neal Chambers, Johnnie Lee Chambers, Eleanor Chambers Hood and Sue Arrington.
She is survived by: her sons, Jackie Smith (Cathy) and Tommy Smith (Beth); her grandchildren, Tosha Young, Savannah Smith and Kason Young; her sister Nell Berry; her son-in-law O'dell Young; and her cousin Dianne Estill (Earl). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
