He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Patrick Sullivan and Barbara Marie Kaufman Sullivan; his sister Barbara Ellen Sullivan Banford; and his sister-in-law Loraine Ann Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Tula Jo Sullivan; and his brother Richard Sullivan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
