She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter R. Greeson and Jessie Pearl Giles; her husband John W. Forehand; and her siblings, Gladys Worsham, Lois Grogan, Jim Tom Greeson and Arzo Greeson.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Deese (Terry) of Dothan and Allen Forehand of Dothan; her grandchildren, Carly Deese of Dothan, Kyle Deese of Dothan and Brandon Forehand (Erin) of Live Oak, Florida; and her close friends, Leigh Taylor, Harry Summerford and Doug Summerford. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
