She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Carroll; her parents, Oscar Chaney and Pearl Chaney; and her sister Audrey Smith. She is survived by: her children, Susan Albanna (Ahmad), Jane Brown (Bob), Paula Wyatt, David Carroll (Jeniece), Johnny Carroll (Martha), Marty Carroll and Beth McCoy (Michael). She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
