She was predeceased by: her parents, Buford "Red" Parker and Jessie Parker; her children, Anita Gail Bowman, Lewis "Toodlum" Bowman, James Bowman and Lynn Bowman; her granddaughter Melinda Rowell; her great grandchild Clover Fant; and her siblings, Mary Negrede, Patricia Windsor, Wilson Ray and William Parker.
She is survived by: her daughter Carol Sims (William Stanford); her sister Margarett Parker; and her grandchildren, Johnny Sims, Chasity Stanford and Joseph Stanford. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
