He was predeceased by: his parents, Otho Daniel and Della Daniel; his wife Martha Faye Daniel; his children, Danny Ray, Michael A. Daniel, Patricia L Daniel and Donna Canady; and his siblings, Bonnie Mayne, Sue Matthews, Ken Daniel and Teddy Harold Daniel.

He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Dove (Randy) and Cynthia Grimes (Andy); his son-in-law Albert Canady; his siblings, Jean King and Sid Daniel; his grandchildren, Joshua Canady, Lisa Dove, Jr., Dove, Rachel Banta (Will), Andrew Grimes (Ashley) and Daniel Grimes (Marianne); his great grandchildren, Austin, Lily Faye, Noah, Jackson, Audry Faye, Liam, Bexlie and Myra Jewel; and his great great grandchild Everly Faye.

The family is excepting flowers or donations to Fairview Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery of Nixon Chapel.
