He is survived by: his children, Shelley Smith, Ricky Dale Johnson and Jeff Moody; his close friends, Annette Horton, Sharon Schrimsher and Melissa Kelley; and his brother Tim Gains (Jerry Johnson). He is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
