He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Genell Webb; his daughter Brenda Farmer; his parents, Fred Webb and Ester Webb (Morris); and his siblings, Bill Webb, Alice Fay Day and Ion 'Shorty Webb.
He is survived by: his daughter Amanda; his son-in-law Patrick Turner of Horton; his grandchildren, Kimberly Farmer O'Neal (Kevin), Elizabeth Turner, Miranda Turner, John and Katia Farmer; his great grandchildren, Aryanna Farmer, Kalani Farmer and Logan O'Neal; his son-in-law Larry Farmer; and his siblings, Mabel Bragg and Jimmy Webb. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
