He is survived by: his children, Ross Edwards (Donna), Gary Phelps, Christopher Phelps and Kimberly Phelps; his daughter-in-law Tammy Smith; and his grandchildren, Brian Phelps (Michelle), Jessica Trainor (Niki), Keely Phelps, Megan Plotz, Brittany Plotz, Kaylee Hope, Jakob Hope, Brittany Holmes, Brandon Gillispie, Nicholas Gillispie, Chelsea Phelps and Courtney Phelps. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
