She was predeceased by: her husband James David Van Wagner, Sr.; and her father Sherman Smith. She is survived by: her children, Roger (Susan Van Wagner), Debra Van Wagner Millwood (Wendy Sims) and Teresa (Allen Entrekin); her grandchildren, Roger Dale, Samantha Van Wagner, Elizabeth, Erick Allmon, Cynthia Millwood (Ricky Moore), Tracy Sanders, Keith, Hannah Jackson, Caleb Entrekin, Emily Entrekin, Ammie Entrekin, Dylan and Alaina Entrekin; her mother Parrie Lee Smith; and her siblings, Jackie, Connie Smith, Hubert Smith, Buford and Elaine Smith. She is also survived by 13 Great Grandchildren.
