He is survived by: his wife Karla Greenwood; his children, Teneisha Sharpe of Montgomery, Alabama, Willie Greenwood, Jr. of Montgomery, Alabama, Sheena Hill of Montgomery, Alabama, Domanique Stinson of Montgomery, Alabama, Sherman Lucus of Montgomery, Alabama, Jasmine McCoy of Montgomery, Alabama and Karla Griffin of Montgomery, Alabama; and his siblings, Patricia Wilson, Ester Covington, Linda Youngblood, Mixon Hunter and Robert of Washington. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, one aunt, two uncles, and other relatives and friends.
